  【摘要】目的了解床边带教对患者心理影响是否积极，分析其因素，论述临床教学中床边带教的方法。方法采用问卷调查法对各科室的55例患者在床边带教后进行心理影响方面的调查。结果通过卡方检验进行统计分析，患者本身家庭支持情况、生活习惯、文化程度等在床边带教中对患者产生心理影响有明显的差异。结论进行床边带教后调查对患者造成的心理影响，带教老师分析原因，改进带教方法，提高带教效率，使患者保持积极的心态，从而做到最佳的床边带教，以达到更好地为患者服务和提高教学质量的目的。
