当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医学研究》 2012年第1期 编号：13184303 会厌舌侧黏膜切除术治疗反复发作的急性会厌炎疗效分析(1) http://www.100md.com 2012年1月5日 《中外医学研究》 2012年第1期 会厌舌侧黏膜切除术治疗反复发作的急性会厌炎疗效分析,会厌黏膜切除术,疗效分析The,curative,effect,analysis,of,epiglottic   【摘要】目的探讨会厌舌侧黏膜切除术治疗反复发作急性会厌炎的临床疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院2000年1月~2010年3月所进行16例会厌舌侧黏膜切除术病例，评价术后临床疗效。结果通过手术治疗的16例患者，术后随访1~10年，无再发急性会厌炎引起的急性呼吸道梗阻的病例。结论会厌舌侧黏膜切除术可有效杜绝急性会厌炎引起的气道梗阻发生。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of epiglottis lingual mucosal resection in the treatment of recurrent episodes of acute epiglottitis.Methods16 cases of epiglottic lingual mucosal resection cases were selected in the writers hospital from January 2000 to March 2010,evaluation of the postoperative curative effect.ResultsIn 16 patients treated by operation,postoperative follow-up 1-10 years,there was no recurrence cases of acute respiratory tract obstruction caused by acute epiglottitis.ConclusionEpiglottic lingual mucosal resection can effectively prevent airway obstruction occurs caused by acute epiglottitis. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
