当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医学研究》 2012年第1期 编号：13184436 老年食管癌手术治疗临床分析(1) http://www.100md.com 2012年1月5日 《中外医学研究》 2012年第1期 老年食管癌手术治疗临床分析,老年人,手术治疗The,clinical,analysis,for,surgical,treatment,of   【摘要】目的探讨老年食管癌患者的手术治疗术后的并发症发生情况及如何预防。方法选取2007年4月~2010年8月笔者所在医院收治的行手术治疗的老年性(≥60岁)食管癌患者90例作为研究对象，对其手术治疗术后并发症情况进行分析。结果90例患者中术后发生并发症39例，并发症发生率43.33%，呼吸系统并发症21例，心血管并发症15例，吻合口瘘3例，术后死亡2例，死亡率2.22%。结论老年食管癌患者围手术期严格呼吸道管理、选择适当的手术方式,是有效预防并发症提高疗效的关键。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveAnalysis the effect of surgical treatment of elderly esophageal cancer patients and the methods of prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.MethodsThe experience of surgical treatment for esophageal carcinoma in 90 patients over 65 years of age from April 2007 to August 2010 was retrospectively analyzed.Results39 cases occurred complications in 90 patients,complication rate 43.33%,respiratory complications 21 cases,cardiovascular complications 15 cases,fistula 3 cases,death 2 cases,mortality rate 2.22%.ConclusionThe stict perioperative respiratory management and appropriate surgical side in elderly esophageal cancer patients are the key for prevent complications and improve efficacy. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
