  【摘要】目的对比分析腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的短期效果。方法选取笔者所在医院于2008年9月~2011年2月收治的67例结直肠癌患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组33例患者采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗，对照组34例患者采用开腹手术进行治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果两组患者均未出现术后严重并发症以及死亡例数，治疗组在术中失血量、住院时间等方面明显优于对照组，而两组患者的短期生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌安全、可靠，值得临床推广。
