【摘要】目的探讨奥曲肽治疗坏死性小肠结肠炎的临床效果。方法坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿48例随机分为两组，每组各24例。治疗组在一般禁饮食、胃肠减压、全胃肠外营养基础上给予奥曲肽30 μg/kg，24 h维持治疗；对照组除未给予奥曲肽维持外，其余治疗同治疗组。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗组效果好于对照组，统计分析差异有统计学意义。结论奥曲肽能抑制胃肠道分泌、减轻肠壁水肿、改善胃肠道血液循环、加速炎症消退、促进胃肠蠕动及减轻肠道缺血再灌注损伤等，治疗坏死性小肠结肠炎效果确切，值得推广。
