【摘要】 目的：探讨小儿麻醉恢复室的建设与管理经验。方法：总结笔者所在医院麻醉恢复室收治的2536例术后小儿的管理经验。结果：2535例患儿均顺利复苏，安全送回病房。结论：做好麻醉复苏室的建设与管理对手术患儿围手术期的安全具有重要意义。
