【摘要】 目的：及时、准确地对胸部外伤病变做出X线诊断，为胸部外伤的治疗提供依据。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年6-12月诊治的25例急性胸部外伤患者的胸部X线表现。结果：25例急性胸部外伤患者，8例肺挫伤，7例胸腔积液(积血)，8例液气胸，6例纵膈及皮下气肿，12例肋骨骨折，1例外伤性膈疝。结论：常规X线检查是急性胸部外伤的首选方法，敏感性高，准确性高。
