【摘要】 目的：研究目标性监测对控制剖宫产手术医院感染的意义。方法：对2009年3月-2010年2月所有剖宫产手术患者进行目标性监测。结果：开展目标性监测后提高了医务人员医院感染的意识，有力的促进了围手术期合理预防使用抗菌药物，同时提高了医务人员洗手的依从性。结论：全面开展目标性监测对提高医院感染管理工作质量具有重要意义。
