【摘要】 目的：探讨吲哒帕胺在高血压治疗中致低钾血症的发生率及预防方法。方法：用2年时间跟踪随访了80例高血压病例单用吲哒帕胺致低钾血症的发生率和临床特点。结果：低钾血症的发生率为22.5%，较文献报道高。结论：吲哒帕胺具有较高致低钾血症发生率，在老年知识缺乏人群中尤易发生，医生治疗时应合理地选择适宜的病例治疗并加强服药注意事项的指导，以减少低钾血症的发生。
