总之，随着剖宫产率的升高及诊断水平的提高，CSP的病例会逐年升高。用选择性子宫动脉灌注MTX及明胶海绵颗粒栓塞加超声导引下清宫治疗瘢痕妊娠是有效安全的，值得推广。
