【摘要】 目的：了解虎门镇社区居民高血压病患病情况及分析其影响因素，为社区高血压患者的综合防治提供科学、可靠的依据。方法：随机抽取18岁以上的虎门社区群众测量血压并调查高血压患病及治疗情况，收集相关信息，分析其影响因素。结果：虎门镇社区高血压患病率为13.4%，男性患病率13.6%，女性患病率13.2%，男女患病率相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；18～44岁年龄组患病率最低，≥65岁年龄组患病率最高，两两相比差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 【Abstracts】 Objective：To understand the prevalence of hypertension disease in Humen community and analyze the impact factors，to provide scientific，reliable basis for community comprehensive prevention and cure of hypertension patients.Method：People over the age of 18 were selected randomly in Humen community，doctor checked the blood press and collected relevant information，prevalence and treatment of hypertension were investigated，and analyzed the influencing factors.Result：The morbidity of hypertension in Humen town community was 13.4%，male was 13.6%，female was 13.2%，there was no significant difference between the male and female(P>0.05).The morbidity was lowest in 18-44 age group，and ≥65 year old age group had the highest rate，there were statistically significant difference in multiple comparisons(P, 百拇医药

 高血压是最常见的慢性病，也是心脑血管疾病主要的危险因素，其并发症如脑卒中、心梗、心衰及肾衰等，不仅致残、致死率高，而且严重消耗医疗和社会资源，给家庭和国家造成沉重负担[1-2]。目前，原发性高血压尚不能根治，但是，国内外临床实践证明，高血压是可以预防和控制的疾病，降低高血压患者的血压水平，可明显减少脑卒中及心脏病事件，显著改善患者的生存质量，有效降低疾病负担[3]。所以分析一个地区高血压患者的情况可以指导本地区高血压相关防治计划的制定和实施，更好地为患者服务，给予适当的干预，降心脑血管发病的风险，减少患者和国家的经济负担[4]。为了更好地了解虎门镇社区卫生服务中心辖区内高血压患者的状况及其相关影响因素，笔者进行如下调查分析。, 百拇医药(吴小勇 温海波 邱小灵) 第 1 2 页 下一页
