【摘要】 目的：探讨胃癌患者手术前后血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9值的变化，以评估手术疗效中的应用价值。方法：入组胃癌患者40例，检测患者手术前、后血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72-4、CA19-9的高低，进行同一患者手术前后结果对照。结果：胃癌根治术后患者血清CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9值明显低于手术前(P0.05)。结论：胃癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9存在高水平表达，可用于胃癌手术疗效及预后情况的评估。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the serum levels of CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72- 4，CA19-9 of patients with gastric cancer before and after operation and their significance in evaluate operation effect.Method：Detecting the serum CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 levels in the 40 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation，and making statistic analysis of them.Result：The serum CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 levels in the patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were lower than those before operation(P0.05).Conclusion：The serum levels of CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 are high of patients with gastric cancer，their detection can be used to evaluate the efficacy of operation for gastric cancer.

我国胃癌的发病病例处逐年上升趋势，胃癌肿瘤标志物的检测在诊断和手术前后疗效评估有重要意义，40岁以上的人群体检时，常规查CEA对恶性肿瘤高发地区的筛选，有一定的参考价值，血清肿瘤标志物近年来不仅被用于恶性肿瘤的早期诊断，还被用于治疗效果的评估[1]。笔者采用检测胃癌患者血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72-4、CA19-9值的高低，来评判手术疗效。现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料

2010年1月-2014年1月收治的诊断明确的患者，均在术前作胃镜病理学检查确诊为胃癌患者共40 例，男29例，女11例，年龄45～83岁，临床分期：Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期10例，Ⅱ～Ⅲ期23例，Ⅳ期4例。
1.2 手术方式
40例胃癌患者中，36例进行胃癌根治术，4例进行胃癌姑息性手术，手术方式均为常规开腹手术。
1.3 CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72-4、CA19-9水平检测方法
胃癌患者术前清晨空腹静脉血各3 ml，然后根据试剂盒说明采用放射免疫法检测血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72-4、CA19-9值。
1.4 统计学处理
