 护理中突然出现的所有计划之外、未曾预计到、不为人所希望的事件，均被称作护理不良事件，此类事件的出现既会加剧患者的痛苦，造成组织气管功能障碍，还会使护患关系受到损害[1]。在医院的新生儿科中，由于作为护理对象的患儿语言表达与沟通能力较弱，且其各组织气管相对较为脆弱，护理中尤其容易出现不良事件[2]。因此，医院护理人员做好对于不良事件发生诱因的调查，掌握不良事件发生的特征，采取有效防范策略，对新生儿科中的护理工作加以完善，以提高临床护理的安全性，极为必要。笔者所在医院以新生儿科中发生的30例护理不良事件作为对象，回顾分析各项临床资料，总结了不良事件出现的原因及此类事件的防范策略，现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(周艳 刘敬芳) 第 1 2 页 下一页
