  【摘要】 目的：探讨保存温度和时间对外送标本检测结果的影响，评估外送项目结果的可靠性，确定本科室的部分外送项目。方法：选取不同时间和保存温度分组对外送项目用雅培i2000进行测试。结果：HEV-IgG、T3、T4、TSH、CA125、性激素6项外送对结果影响不大。InS、NSE、F-PSA、IgA外送对结果影响较大。结论：尽力开展不能外送的项目，保证检验质量。
