【摘要】 目的：探讨关节镜在急性膝关节痛风性关节炎诊疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2010年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的21例确诊为急性膝关节痛风性关节炎患者，回顾性分析其临床资料，分析其误诊率及误诊原因。结果：21例中10例首诊正确，11例误诊。误诊病例经关节镜检查后确诊，并行关节清理术。21例均获得满意疗效。结论：单纯以膝关节起病的急性痛风性关节炎误诊率高。关节镜手术有助于早期确诊及辅助治疗，但无需作为常规。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the value of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of acute knee gouty arthritis.Method：Form January 2010 to December 2012，21 patients with acute knee gouty arthritis were diagnosed，were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data， analyze the misdiagnosis rate and the misdiagnosis reason.Result：In 21 patients， 10 patients first diagnosed correctly，11 cases were misdiagnosed.Misdiagnosed casesdiagnosed by arthroscopy， parallel joint debridement.All 21 cases obtained satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion：The acute knee gouty arthritis has high misdiagnosis rate ......
