【摘要】 目的：探讨电动止血带机不同压力值对患者关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术中的影响情况。方法：选取2012年8月-2014年8月笔者所在医院骨外科收治的前交叉韧带损伤患者177例，依据电动止血带机不同压力值进行分组，对照组77例，充气压力值为600 mm Hg和观察组100例，充气压力值为300～400 mm Hg。结果：观察组前交叉韧带损伤患者手术时间低于对照组，观察组前交叉韧带损伤患者应用止血带后1、1.5 h烦躁程度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：电动止血带机压力为300～400 mm Hg可以提高手术治疗效率，降低烦躁发生率，值得临床推广应用。

 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the influence of ACL reconstruction patients in arthroscopy by different pressure value of electric hemostatic machine.Method：177 cases anterior cruciate ligament injury patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected，they were divided into two groups according the pressure value，the control group 77 cases with pressure value 600 mm Hg and the observation group 100 cases with pressure value 300-400 mm Hg.

 Result：The operation time of anterior cruciate ligament injury patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the degree of anxiety of anterior cruciate ligament injury patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group after using tourniquet 1 h and 1.5 h，the differences were statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion：The electric hemostatic machine with pressure value 300-400 mm Hg can improve surgical treatment efficiency，decrease the incidence of anxiety，increase the hemostatic effect，which is worth popularizing.

 前交叉韧带在损伤之后很容易出现关节不稳定和创伤性关节炎等，对于膝关节正常功能造成严重的影响，关节镜下交叉韧带重建是临床常用的治疗方法[1-2]。手术过程中有效的护理措施和患者术后康复有着重要的关系，尤其是在应用电动止血带机过程中给予适宜的压力不仅可以提高手术成功率，同时还可以预防并发症和促进膝关节功能的恢复[3-4]。本研究通过对笔者所在医院收治的177例关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术患者临床资料进行分析，现将结果汇报如下。

 1 资料与方法

 1.1 一般资料

 选取2012年8月-2014年8月笔者所在医院骨外科收治的前交叉韧带损伤患者177例，依据电动止血带机不同压力值进行分组，对照组77例，男50例，女27例，年龄18～53岁，平均(37.2±10.3)岁，受伤原因：运动性损伤40例，外力损伤37例；损伤类型：新鲜类损伤47例，陈旧性损伤30例；左侧37例，右侧40例。观察组100例，男78例，女22例，年龄19～55岁，平均(37.8±10.1)岁，受伤原因：运动性损伤49例，外力损伤51例；损伤类型：新鲜类损伤57例，陈旧性损伤43例；左侧51例，右侧49例。两组前交叉韧带损伤患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(沈晓青) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
