【摘要】 目的：探讨老年抑郁症患者合并桡骨远端不稳定骨折后的有效护理对策。方法：对2003年1月-2014年10月笔者所在医院收治的23例老年抑郁症合并桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：23例患者均得到了良好的护理，获得了满意的护理效果。结论：老年抑郁症患者合并桡骨远端不稳定骨折后只要精心护理、方法得当，均可取得满意的护理效果。
