【摘要】 目的：探讨妊娠合并易栓症孕妇的临床护理要点。方法：对1例孕足月合并原发性易栓症初产妇的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析，同时检索国内外文献进行总结。结果：经过合理治疗，严密观察产程，精心护理，该初产妇顺利分娩一女婴，未发生血栓及产后出血。结论：妊娠合并易栓症孕妇经合适的治疗和护理是有可能自然分娩的。
