【摘要】 目的：分析妇产科临床护理纠纷发生的原因，并制定防范措施与相应对策。方法：统计分析2011年7月-2014年7月笔者所在医院妇产科临床护理发生纠纷的原因。结果：引发纠纷的原因主要在于服务态度差、操作不当、病情误诊、病情分析错误、病例书写与保管不力、沟通不当等原因。结论：只有从发生纠纷的原因出发，才能更好地制定防范措施，在缓解医患关系的同时也提高了医院的满意度评价。
