【摘要】 目的：对比观察应用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗重度前列腺增生(BPH)患者的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013-2014年收治的72例重度BPH患者作为研究对象，按照双盲法将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例，观察组采用PKRP治疗，对照组采用TURP治疗，观察比较两组患者的手术相关指标、术后并发症及手术前后主要指标改善情况。结果：观察组的手术时间、术后膀胱持续冲洗时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，术中失血量明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：TURP以及PKRP治疗重度BPH患者的临床效果均较好，其中PKRP手术方式手术时间更短，术中出血更少，术后并发症较少，可有效缩短住院时间，临床应用价值更高。

【Abstract】 Objective：To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) and transurethral resection of plasma(PKRP) in the treatment of patients with severe benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method：72 patients with severe BPH admitted to our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected as research objects，they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to a double-blind method，36 cases in each group，the observation group was treated with PKRP therapy，the control group was treated with TURP therapy.The related indicators surgery，postoperative complications and key indicators to improve the situation before and after surgery of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The operation time，postoperative continuous bladder irrigation time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group，the blood loss volume during operation of observation group was significantly less than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion：The clinical effects of TURP and PKRP in the treatment of patients with severe BPH are good，the operative time in PKRP surgical is shorter，less blood loss，fewer complications，can effectively shorten the hospitalization time，with higher clinical application value., 百拇医药(蒋磊) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
