【摘要】 目的：研究输血前实施不规则抗体检测的意义和价值。方法：从2010年1月-2016年1月，笔者所在医院共有3498例病患需进行输血治疗，对所有患者输血前都给予不规则抗体检测，回顾性分析检测结果。结果：所有患者的结果表明，阳性者24例，其中男性阳性率为0.35%(6/1738)，女性阳性率为1.02%(18/1760)。女性阳性率显著高于男性。18例女性阳性患者中，非孕妇占0.52%(5/970)，孕妇占1.65%(13/790)。孕妇不规则抗体阳性率显著大于非孕妇，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 【Abstract】 Objective：To study significance and value of the detection of irregular antibodies before blood transfusion.  輸血是临床比较常见的一种治疗方法，然而输血过程中可能会出现一种比较严重的并发症，溶血反应[1]。为了确保输血过程安全，须进行不规则抗体检测。不规则抗体在临床又名意外抗体，是血清中抗-A，抗-B和抗-AB之外的一种血型抗体[2]。急性溶血反应主要是因ABO血型之间不相容而引起，而主要危险因素为血液中的不规则抗体[3]。因此临床输血前除了要对患者进行血型鉴定还要对不规则抗体进行检测，以确保输血安全进行。本文通过分析对笔者所在医院输血患者实施不规则抗体检测的意义，旨在更好地服务临床诊断与治疗，现报道如下。
