【摘要】 本文回顾了1例华法林相关性出血病例，分析了华法林相关出血发生的特点和出血发生的原因，从而减少和避免华法林出血事件的发生。

 【Abstract】 In this paper，1 patient with hemorrhage associated with Warfarin were reviewed，and the characteristics of bleeding and the causes of bleeding were analyzed，so as to reduce and avoid the occurrence of bleeding.
