【摘要】 目的：观察分析耳后皮片移植修复耳廓内肿物术后皮肤缺损的可行性。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月-2014年1月笔者所在科室收治的应用耳后皮片移植修复耳廓内肿物术后皮肤缺损的16例患者资料，观察其治疗效果。结果：所有患者病变处均无复发，手术效果良好，外形满意。结论：耳后皮片供区位置隐蔽，其色泽、质地与耳廓皮肤接近，且易成活，使用耳后皮片是移植修复耳廓内肿物切除术后软组织缺损的一种理想方法。
