【摘要】 目的：比较蜂蛰伤早期不同的局部处理方案对预后的影响。方法：收集整理2010年1月-2015年12月笔者所在医院急诊科收治的蜂蛰伤195例患者的临床资料，按照早期不同的局部处理方案分为对照组和治疗组。比较入院24 h两组患者细胞因子、创面情况、脏器功能，比较两组患者预后情况。结果：入院24 h细胞因子、创面情况、脏器功能比较，治疗组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论：早期有效地进行蜂蜇伤创面处理有利于改善患者预后。
