【摘要】 目的：探讨高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷的临床特点及诊治体会。方法：采用回顾性调查研究，对15例高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷患者中老年人占66.7%，临床好转9例，死亡5例，自动放弃1例，病死率为33.3%。结论：高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷好发于老年人，病死率高，早期诊断，及早纠正脱水、电解质紊乱，积极治疗诱因与并发症是成功的关键。
