【摘要】 目的：探讨运用品管圈(QCC)活动对降低留置针堵管率的效果。方法：成立QCC活动小组，确立“降低留置针堵管率”为活动主题，对目前患者使用留置针的情况进行调查，分析原因，找出解决对策并组织实施，再次调查成果，整理、规范方法并实施。结果：静脉留置针堵管率由9.2%下降至2.0%。结论：品管圈活动对降低留置针堵管率效果显著，值得推广。
