当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医学研究》 2016年第1期 编号：12774396 初发2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体相关因素分析(1) http://www.100md.com 2016年1月5日 中外医学研究 2016年第1期 初发2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体相关因素分析,成人迟发性自身免疫性糖尿病   【摘要】 目的：研究初发2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADA)阳性率，并分析其临床特征。方法：测定213例初发2型糖尿病(DM)患者的身高、体重、血糖、C肽、GADA，对GADA阳性和阴性患者临床特征进行对比分析。结果：15例患者GADA阳性，GADA阳性患者具有体重指数偏低、血清C肽水平较低的特点。结论：对于体重指数偏低、血清C肽水平较低且无糖尿病家族史的初发糖尿病患者进行GADA筛查，有助于早期发现并诊断成人迟发性自身免疫性糖尿病(LADA)。
