【摘要】 目的：探讨直肠癌应用腹腔镜保肛全直肠系膜切除术的治疗效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2014年5月-2016年2月的56例直肠癌患者作为研究对象，以随机为基本原则，将其分为对照组与观察组，各28例。对照组予以开腹手术，观察组实施腹腔镜保肛全直肠系膜切除术。觀察两组操作时间、住院时间、术中失血、排气时间及肛门功能情况。结果：观察组操作时间长于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组术中失血量(39.16±6.22)ml，少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药
