【摘要】 目的：探讨妇产科护士实习生职业暴露的现状并制定对策。方法：采取方便抽样法对2016年7月-2017年2月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心妇产科实习的护生进行职业暴露情况调查和分析。结果：护生在妇产科实习过程中均有不同程度职业暴露，安瓿瓶破裂导致的锐器伤发生率为40.79%；非安瓿瓶破裂的锐器损伤发生率为19.74%；血液、体液的黏膜或皮肤暴露发生率为23.68%。结论：妇产科是发生职业暴露的高风险科室，需对实习护生职业暴露进行相对应的专业知识培训和严格规范的实习带教，避免和减少实习护生的职业暴露的发生。
