【摘要】 目的：分析和研究组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法：选取44例上尿路结石患者，观察其接受组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗后的效果。结果：所有患者手术一次性进镜成功率为93.18%(41/44)，一次性碎石清除率为88.64%(39/44)，碎石时间40～150 min，患者平均住院时间(5.6±1.4)d，其中4例患者出现发热、血尿等情况，治疗后痊愈，并未出现其他严重的不良反应和并发症情况。结论：组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果比较明显，操作方便简单。
