【摘要】 目的：观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)对不伴抑郁焦虑的腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年12月在笔者所在医院门诊就诊的腹泻型肠易激综合征并排除伴有抑郁和/或焦虑的患者80例，随机为治疗组、对照组，各组40例，治疗组给予黛力新1片，1次/d，对照组给予奥替溴铵40 mg/次，3次/d，疗程4周，记录不良反应，在药物治疗前后均记录肠道症状积分。结果：治疗组及对照组治疗前后症状积分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：黛力新能显著改善不伴抑郁焦虑的腹泻型IBS患者症状。
