【摘要】 目的：采用指压钳夹法抢救心脏破裂的治疗体会。方法：回顾性总结分析2012年11月抢救的2例心脏破裂患者。在无体外循环支持下，采用指压钳夹法进行修补救治过程，总结其抢救经验。结果：2例抢救均成功。追踪随访5年患者心功能正常，无并发症。结论：在无体外循环支持下，采用指压钳夹法抢救心脏破裂是一种及时有效的方法。
