【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔妊娠的诊断时机及治疗现状。方法：2015年4月笔者所在医院成功诊治1例孕22+4周腹腔妊娠的病例，分析其妊娠结局，结合文献进行分析。结果：术中确诊腹腔妊娠，胎盘种植于左侧子宫角及宫体上段，肠管受侵蚀自发破裂，手术行剖腹取胎术+次全子宫切除术+破裂肠管切除及吻合术，术后患者治愈出院。结论：腹腔妊娠罕见，死亡率高，诊断时机非常重要，术前评估有可能出现的危急情况是治疗成功的关键。
