【摘要】 目的：探討喜疗妥、蜂蜜联合水垫预防晚期肿瘤患者压疮的临床疗效，以期提高晚期肿瘤的患者生活质量。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年12月肿瘤科收治的晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象，将具有压疮高危因素、Braden评分≤14分且无皮肤损伤的160例患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组80例，对照组在入院后按常规压疮护理要求进行护理，试验组在对照组常规护理措施上采用喜疗妥、蜂蜜联合水垫法进行压疮护理，对照组中又随机分为A、B两组，试验组中又随机分为C、D两组，A组、C组患者采取按时协助翻身(即每2小时协助患者翻身1次)，B组、D组患者采取按需翻身，即患者有翻身意愿，比较两组患者的压疮发生情况及护理配合度。结果：试验组患者的压疮发生率为17.5%(14/80)，明显低于对照组的31.25%(25/80)，比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：喜疗妥、蜂蜜联合水垫预防晚期肿瘤患者压疮的临床疗效显著，能显著改善患者的护理配合度，且按需翻身对压疮发生的影响与按时翻身相同，值得临床推广。
