【摘要】 乙肝特殊人群包括儿童、妊娠期妇女、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)合并人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者、HBV合并原发性肝癌(PLC)患者等，这些患者的抗HBV治疗越来越受到重视，本文就乙肝特殊人群的治疗作一综述。
