关节镜下TightRope治疗锁骨远端骨折,Tightrope技术
【摘要】 目的：回顾性分析关节镜下TightRope技术治疗NeerⅡB型锁骨远端骨折的初步临床效果。方法：对8例NeerⅡB型锁骨远端骨折患者，采用关节镜下TightRope技术进行治疗，应用Constant-Murley评分标准评估肩关节功能，观察骨折愈合时间。结果：8例患者均得到随访，骨折均愈合无复位丢失，据Constant-Murley疗效评价标准，优7例，良1例。结论：关节镜下TightRope技术治疗NeerⅡB型锁骨远端骨折效果满意，是值得选择的手术方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To retrospectively analyze the preliminary clinical efficacy of arthroscopic AC-TightRope fixation on treating Neer typeⅡB distal clavicle fracture.Method：A total of 8 cases of Neer typeⅡB distal clavicle fracture were treated arthroscopically with AC-TightRope fixation.The time of fracture union were observed.The function of shoulder was evaluated by Constant-Murley standard.Result：All cases were followed up.All fractures were confirmed to have healed without loss of reduction.According to Constant-Murley standard ......
