【摘要】 目的：研究超声影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)3类、4类乳腺肿瘤在乳腺术前评估中的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析常规超声诊断乳腺病灶为BI-RADS 3类、4类患者115例，269个病灶，所有病灶均经手术或乳腺旋切明确病理诊断，分析乳腺肿瘤BI-RADS分类在乳腺肿瘤诊疗中的临床应用价值。结果：245例常规超声诊断BI-RADS 3类，病理证实243例良性病灶，2例恶性病灶;24例常规超声诊断BI-RADS 4类，病理证实10例良性病灶，14例恶性病灶。结论：常规超声对乳腺肿瘤进行BI-RADS分类有较高的临床价值，能给临床手术医师提供初步的诊疗方案。

 [Abstract] Objective： To study the diagnostic value of three and four types of breast tumors in preoperative evaluation of breast by ultrasound imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS). Method： A retrospective analysis was made on 115 cases and 269 cases of breast lesions diagnosed by conventional ultrasound as BI-RADS in 3 and 4 categories. All lesions were confirmed by operation or mammotomy. The clinical value of BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions was analyzed.
