【摘要】 家族史是前列腺癌的危险因素之一，乳腺癌易感基因2(BRCA2)为已证实的前列腺癌高危遗传因素。虽然BRCA2和BRCA1在前列腺癌发病中的作用机制尚未明确，但两者均为有害突变基因，与肿瘤的侵袭性和疾病的不良临床预后相关。前列腺癌的发病率在全球呈不断上升趋势，因此迫切需要新的方法来预测前列腺癌的发病。笔者认为，BRCA突变中BRCA2突变是主要预测因子之一，本文主要对BRCA1和BRCA2突变在前列腺癌中的相关研究进行讨论和分析。
