【摘要】 目的：探究补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症患者的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年4月-2018年5月收治的脑中风后遗症患者120例，将其按照随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组，每组60例。对照组应用常规西医方案进行治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%(56/60)，对照组治疗总有效率为68.33%(41/60)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：采用补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症，能够提高治疗效果，且不会增加不良反应，值得推广使用。

 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral apoplexy. Method： A total of 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy sequelae admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， and the experimental group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33% (56/60)， and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.33% (41/60).
