【摘要】 本文介绍了重症监护室护士发生职业性腰背痛的现状及影响因素。结合临床提出预防措施，为护理管理者和护理人员预防和减少护士职业性腰背痛的发生提供参考依据。

 【Abstract】 This article introduces the current situation and influencing factors of occupational low back pain of nurses in respiratory intensive care unit.Combined with clinical practice，the preventive measures are given in this paper，to provide reference to prevent and reduce the occupational back pain of nurses for nursing managers and nursing staffs.
