【摘要】 目的：探討还原性谷胱甘肽联合熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2018年10月收治的120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为联合组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗，联合组在此基础上加用熊去氧胆酸治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂指标、肝脾CT比值、炎症指标的变化。结果：治疗前，两组血清ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP、GGT水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，联合组血清ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP、GGT水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后，联合组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组，HDL-C水平显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后，联合组血清IL-6、TNF-α、NF-κB水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后，联合组肝脾CT比值显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05).After treatment，the serum levels of ALT，AST，TBIL，ALP and GGT in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment，the serum TC，TG and LDL-C levels in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment，the levels of serum IL-6，TNF-α，NF-kappa B in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment，the ratio of liver and spleen CT in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P, 百拇医药(汪小英 陈馨 王捷军) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
