【摘要】 目的：探讨慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗的效果。方法：筛选2018年1-12月于笔者所在医院就诊的92例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象，通过数字标注法进行分组，观察组(46例)应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗，参照组(46例)单独应用贝那普利治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%，高于参照组的80.43%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗效果显著，能更好地提高肾功能、促进病症恢复，不良反应较少，用药安全性高，值得大力推广应用。

 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsule in patients with chronic nephritis.Method：92 patients with chronic nephritis who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 as subjects，grouped by digital annotation，and the observation group(46 cases) was treated with Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsules and the control group(46 cases) was treated with Benazepril alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 95.65% and 80.43% respectively，the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion：The application of Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsule in patients with chronic nephritis is effective，which can improve renal function and promote the recovery of the disease.At the same time，it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety，which is worthy of popularization and application.

 在40歲以上的人群中，慢性肾炎的发生率约为10%，主要表现为肾小球病变，患者可出现高血压、血尿、水肿、尿蛋白等症状，迁延难愈[1]。随着病情发展，最终形成慢性肾衰竭、尿毒症等疾病，增加患者的生命危险[2]。在临床治疗中以保护肾功能、平稳降压、减少尿蛋白为主，贝那普利为主要治疗药物，但是单独使用效果欠佳[3]。本次研究中，笔者所在医院将贝那普利与百令胶囊联合使用，围绕疗效展开深入研究，报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘浩 陈青梅) 第 1 2 页 下一页
