【摘要】 目的：探討多囊卵巢综合征不孕症采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2016年7月-2018年6月于笔者所在医院就诊的100例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同将其分为试验组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗，试验组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症，能够明显改善患者的激素水平，提高排卵率和妊娠率，临床效果显著。

 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone combined with Metformin in the treatment of of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Method： A total of 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects， and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different treatment methods， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone， while the experimental group was treated with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone combined with Metformin. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00%， which was higher than 76.00% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion： Using Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone combined with Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility can significantly improve the hormone level of patients， improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate， the clinical effect is significant.
