【摘要】 目的：探讨脾破裂非手术治疗的临床护理结果分析。方法：回顾性分析2013年8月-2019年8月行非手术治疗的50例外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料。观察临床疗效。结果：非手术治疗成功43例，死亡1例，中转手术6例，非手术治疗成功率达86%。43例患者随访半年，均预后良好，无明显并发症。结论：脾破裂实施非手术治疗应严格把握适应证，治疗期间应严密监测生命体征，医生和护士需要密切配合，方能有效提高非手术治疗的成功率。
