【摘要】 目的：分析原发性骨淋巴瘤的临床表现和鉴别诊断。方法：对2例原发性骨淋巴瘤的检验及影像学结果进行分析并进行文献复习。结果：2例均表现为非特异性骨关节疼痛伴有发热，血沉升高。1例影像学表现为虫蚀样破坏，1例表现为骨皮质明显增厚。结论：非特异性骨关节疼痛患者需要进行组织学活检排除恶性肿瘤可能。
