【摘要】 目的：探究微型鋼板内固定治疗后踝骨折的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的后踝骨折患者60例，按照治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组(36例)及对照组(24例)。对照组采用空心钉内固定治疗，观察组采用微型钢板内固定治疗。比较两组临床指标、临床疗效、踝关节活动度。结果：观察组优良率为86.11%，高于对照组的50.00%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组外翻、跖屈、内翻、背伸活动度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组下床活动时间、AOFAS评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05). After treatment， the eversion， plantar flexion， varus and dorsiflexion range of motion in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).
