【摘要】 目的：探讨参松养心胶囊在慢性心功能不全合并心律失常患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2017年4月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的慢性心功能不全合并心律失常患者152例，按照治疗方案不同将其分为研究组(n=76)和对照组(n=76)。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用参松养心胶囊治疗。比较两组心室率达标时间、24 h室性期前收缩发生次数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)及严重心脏不良事件(MACE)发生率。结果：研究组心室率达标时间早于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心功能不全合并心律失常的临床效果显著，可有效缩短患者心室率达标时间，减少室性期前收缩发生次数，同时促进心功能提升。

 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the application value of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with arrhythmia. Method： From April 2017 to March 2019， 152 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with arrhythmia admitted in our hospital were selected. They were divided into the study group (n=76) and the control groups (n=76) according to different treatment plans. The control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate， and the study group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the basis of the control group. The ventricular rate reaching the standard time， the frequency of ventricular premature beats at 24 h， left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)， left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) and the incidence of serious adverse cardiac events (MACE) were compared between the two groups. Result： The ventricular rate reaching the standard time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion： Shensong Yangxin Capsule has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with arrhythmia， which can effectively shorten the time of ventricular rate reaching the standard， reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats， and promote the improvement of cardiac function.

 心律失常屬慢性心功能不全患者常见并发症，可加重患者病情，危害其生命安全，及时有效控制患者心律失常症状是降低患者死亡率的关键[1-2]。酒石酸美托洛尔片属抗心律失常常用药物，可有效阻断β肾上腺素受体，抑制钙离子内流，进而一定程度控制心律失常症状，但部分患者疗效欠佳，因此需联合应用其他类型药物，以提高治疗效果[3]。本研究选取笔者所在医院收治的慢性心功能不全合并心律失常患者152例，研究参松养心胶囊的临床应用价值，为临床治疗方案的选择提供有效参考，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(李兴林 袁志福) 第 1 2 页 下一页
