【摘要】 目的：探讨De Garengeot疝的临床特征及诊治方法。方法：通过报道1例笔者所在医院收治的De Garengeot疝诊治情况，结合国内外文献复习，阐述该病的临床表现及诊治特点。结果：结合术前查体考虑诊断嵌顿性股疝，并行急诊手术探查，术中证实疝内容物为阑尾，且阑尾系膜因嵌顿坏疽，术中切除阑尾后，使用UPP补片行无张力修补术，术1周后患者顺利恢复出院，目前随访半年患者生活质量良好，未见任何并发症。结论：De Garengeot疝是一种罕见的疾病，其术前诊断困难，多系术中探查发现诊断，术中合理的处置，患者一般恢复良好。
