【摘要】 目的：分析角巩膜缘切口超声乳化人工晶体(LOL)植入术治疗老年性白内障患者的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年2月-2019年6月76例老年性白内障患者，依照手术方案不同分组，各38例。对照组行透明角膜切口超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗，观察组行角巩膜缘切口超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗。比较两组术前、术后1 d视力，术前及术后2周泪膜破裂时间(BUT)，术前及术后7 d眼压，术前及术后1个月角膜内皮相关指标(角膜内皮細胞密度、细胞面积、角膜厚度)，并发症。结果：术后1 d，观察组视力较对照组优(P0.05)。结论：角巩膜缘切口超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障，能提高患者视力，减轻对患者泪膜、眼压、角膜内皮损伤程度，且安全性好。

 Effect Evaluation of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation at the Horn Scleral Margin Incision in the Treatment of Senile Cataract Patients/DUAN Zhihui. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18(10)： -25

 [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (LOL) implantation in the treatment of senile cataract. Method： A total of 76 cases of senile cataract patients in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were selected. According to the operation plan， the patients were divided into two groups， 38 cases in each. The control group used line clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and LOL implantation treatment， and the observation group used line angle of scleral incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation treatment. Compared two groups of preoperative and postoperative 1 d vision， preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks rupture time (BUT)， preoperative and postoperative 7 d intraocular pressure， preoperative and postoperative 1 month corneal endothelial related indicators (corneal endothelial cell density， cell size， the corneal thickness)， and the complications. Result： One day after the operation， the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05).
