【摘要】 椎动脉是后循环系统的起始段，为大脑的后1/5供应血液。椎动脉发育异常和病变都可能引起后循环缺血，使部分患者出现眩晕等现象，严重的后循环缺血还会导致脑梗死。因此，早期诊断和发现椎动脉发育异常和病变的情况对于预防和治疗脑血管疾病的发生具有重要临床意义。本文综述了椎动脉发育异常和病变的超声诊断方法及表现，为临床上预防和诊断后循环缺血提供临床参考。
